Your AI is only as good as the data behind it.

Business data is spread across dozens of tools — too fragmented for any AI to navigate reliably. Getting consistent answers today means hiring a full-time data analyst.

Synquil is your AI data analyst. It handles the data cleaning for AI readiness automatically — resolving naming inconsistencies, type mismatches, and duplicates across your sources — then keeps the result synced so your AI gives consistent, accurate answers.

Give your AI critical business context,
without exposing everything.

Connecting a tool to AI today is all-or-nothing. Manage and track data access, at the source. Be specific about who can access what. Grant each person access, by role, to a source, a table, or a column. See every query, on the record.

Connect the sources. Control the access. Trust the answers.

Consolidated

All your sources merged into one clean, normalised database. No more spreadsheet archaeology or hunting across disconnected tools.

Always in sync

Automatic, scheduled updates keep your AI working from current data — not a stale export from three weeks ago.

Built for AI

A hosted MCP server your AI tools can query directly in plain English. Not another dashboard to build and maintain.

Controlled

Decide what each person can see, down to the column. Default deny: if you have not shared it, their AI cannot see it — or even know it exists.

We were spending three hours every Monday pulling together a status report from four different spreadsheets. Now I just ask Claude. It's embarrassingly effective.

Sarah M.

Co-founder & CEO

We considered hiring a data analyst. Synquil handles the questions we needed answered — and it works directly inside the tools we already use.

James T.

Head of Operations

Designed with security in mind.

Read-only access

We never write to your data sources. Your existing workflows are untouched.

Every query logged

An append-only record of every question your team's AI asked: who, which tables, how many rows.

Encrypted credentials

OAuth tokens stored with AES-256 encryption. Never exposed in logs or APIs.

No AI training

Your data is never used to train any model, by Synquil or any third party.

Full data control

Delete your account and all associated data is purged immediately.

One database, not a scavenger hunt.

Ask about a customer, an invoice, or a deal, and your AI queries one connected schema — it doesn't have to open, search, and reconcile half a dozen tools before it can answer. It already knows where everything lives, so it isn't rebuilding that context from scratch on every question.

Stop flying blind.
Give your AI a brain.

Your data is already there. It just needs to be in the right shape.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about how Synquil works.

What is Synquil?

Synquil keeps a synced, up-to-date copy of your business data — from tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Shopify, QuickBooks, and Stripe — so every AI tool you use gives the same correct answer, instead of each one calling out to your apps separately and sometimes getting it wrong or out of date. You connect your sources once, and Synquil keeps the data current and available to Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other AI tools through a single secure connection.

Can I connect HubSpot to Claude using Synquil?

Yes. Synquil connects to your HubSpot account, keeps a synced copy of your contacts, deals, and pipeline data, and makes it available to Claude so you can ask questions about your CRM in plain English and get answers based on current data, not a stale export. Under the hood, Synquil authenticates with HubSpot over OAuth and exposes the synced data to Claude through a hosted MCP server.

Does Synquil work with ChatGPT and Cursor?

Yes. Synquil works with Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Windsurf. You set up your data sources once in Synquil, and every connected AI tool draws from the same current, consistent copy of your data instead of its own separate connection to each app.

Can I control which data each employee's AI can access?

Yes. In Synquil you give each person a role, and a role decides which of your connected sources, tables, and columns that person's AI can read. Nothing is shared by default — if you have not granted something, that person's AI cannot query it and cannot see that it exists, so a sales rep asking about salaries is told there is no such data rather than being refused. You can share a whole source — anything you connect to it later is included automatically — or narrow it to specific tables, or narrow it further to specific columns, such as the deal value but not the margin. You can change any of it at any time.

Can I see what my team's AI agents have queried?

Yes. Synquil keeps an append-only log of every query made through it: who asked, which AI tool they asked from, which tables were touched, and how many rows came back. The log covers blocked attempts as well as successful ones, so you can see both what your team is using company data for and where someone asked for something they do not have access to. You can filter it by person, table, or date and export it as CSV.

What happens when an employee leaves?

You remove them from your workspace, and their AI access ends immediately — within one request, not at the end of a session or a cache window. Any credential they had set up in Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT stops resolving to your data at that moment, so there is no window where a departed employee's AI tool still answers questions about your business. Their past queries stay in the audit log.

Can I give my accountant or agency access to just one dataset?

Yes, and this is the common case. You invite them to your workspace and give them a role that grants only what they need — your Stripe invoices, say, and nothing from your CRM or your spreadsheets. Their AI can query that one dataset and nothing else, you see every question they asked in the audit log, and you remove their access the day the engagement ends.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train any AI model, by Synquil or by any third party. It is stored in your own isolated database and used only to answer the queries you or your connected AI tools make.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel your Synquil subscription, your synced data and the connections that produced it are deleted from our systems and nothing is retained or used afterward. You can also disconnect individual sources or revoke access at any time before cancelling, and the data in your original tools — HubSpot, Google Sheets, and so on — is never touched or modified by Synquil.

How is Synquil different from connecting each data source to AI individually?

When each AI tool connects to your data sources separately, every tool calls a different API at a different moment and can end up with a different, sometimes stale or wrong, version of the same answer. Synquil keeps one synced, current copy of your data and gives every AI tool you use access to that same copy, so they all give the same correct answer instead of each one fetching data separately and sometimes getting it wrong. Technically, Synquil unifies your sources into one Postgres schema on a recurring sync schedule and serves it through a single hosted MCP server, rather than having each AI client make live, uncoordinated API calls to each tool.

Why does my AI agent give inconsistent answers without Synquil?

Your AI agent gives inconsistent answers because it's working from whatever is in front of it at that moment — a stale export you pasted in earlier, one tool's API called with no context from your other tools, or whatever you happened to paste into the chat that day. The same question asked in two different tools, or on two different days, can come back with two different answers. Synquil fixes this by keeping one synced, current copy of your business data that every AI tool reads from, so the answer doesn't depend on which tool you asked or when you asked it.

Is it safe to connect my business data to Claude or ChatGPT through Synquil?

Yes — your data stays encrypted, you control exactly what's connected, and you can revoke access at any time. Technically, Synquil authenticates with each data source over OAuth, encrypts credentials and synced data at rest, isolates each customer's data in its own database schema, and only allows read-only, validated queries through the MCP server.

What does data cleaning for AI readiness actually involve?

Data cleaning for AI readiness means resolving the naming inconsistencies, type mismatches, and duplicate records that exist across your business tools — so AI can query them accurately without silently guessing at ambiguous structure. Synquil does this automatically: connect your tools once, and Synquil infers a unified schema across all of them, resolves field naming and structural differences, deduplicates records, and keeps everything synced on a schedule so the cleaned copy is never stale.

Can my AI assistant set up Synquil for me?

Yes. Give your AI assistant this skill — https://synquil.com/skill.md — and it can connect your data sources and get your schema live with almost no manual steps. You still need to verify your email when you sign up and click "Authorize" once per OAuth-based source (Google Sheets, HubSpot, and similar) — those two checks can't be skipped — but everything else, including connecting a database or CSV file, your AI can do on its own.
